Reasons to Party...Reasons to Party? We sure have them for the third quarter of the year. July, August and September are crammed with imaginative reasons to party during the next three months. In the Northern Hemisphere during July and August, be sure to take advantage of the warm weather and utilize the out of doors whenever possible. What fun!
