NATIONAL PARFAIT DAY We've been waiting for this delicious day all month! Get all the fixin's together -- several flavors of ice cream, syrups, assorted nuts, sprinkles, small candies and the like. Invite your sweetest friends over, and make everyone use the creative side of their brains and create some inticing edible concoctions. Yum... Don't forget the whipped cream.
